Improve Efficiency in High-Volume Manufacturing and Device Characterization

The portable M4872 pick-and-place handler has a throughput of up to 15,000 SoC devices per hour with a footprint that is approximately 10 percent smaller than its predecessor. Designed to help users keep pace with the rapidly changing SoC market, the scalable handler is compatible with both the high-productivity V93000 platform and the high-mix, low-volume T2000 AiR system. Features include on-the-fly vision alignment, an automatic re-test function and an optional active thermal control system.
