The Clock Master Module generates a pure clock and can test dynamic AC functionality of ADC/DAC devices using the Filter Module.

The Filter Module have a notch filter and a low pass filter. It is used in a pair with the Clock Master Module to perform a dynamic AC functionality test for DAC devices.

The 100MHz Signal Generator Module generates sign signals from 1 KHz to 100 MHz that are used for ADC device testing as input signals.
