Learning objective

Understand how to make test plan develop test programs for mixed-signal and RF devices on SmarTest 8 using the new Wave Scale instruments cards.

 

You will know the steps to:

  • Plan appropriate test by utilizing the capabilities and performance of the analog modules of the V93000 SOC test system
  • Develop test programs for mixed-signal and RF devices
  • Use the available tools for developing and debugging mixed-signal and RF tests
