Learning Contents Learn how to make a modular Test Plan program by setting the test conditions to standard

IPS Test Class Template (TCT) using T2000 system software's test programming language "OTPL"

Learn how to create a user defined calculation test class for the TCT

  • Load, execute and debug test plans
  • Understand the operation of the IPS modules (MFHP, MPCM, MMXH)
  • Gain hands on TCT-use experience
  • Understand mixed signal testing challenges (signal digitizing, generating,
    measuring etc. in one shot)
  • Understand extended trigger capabilities of IPS modules (pattern controlled
    measurements etc.)
  • Understand extended measurement capabilities of IPS modules (timing, IDDQ etc.)
  • Work in Microsoft Visual Studio environment
