Prerequisites | - For people with basic device testing knowledge
- Can verbally describe standard test algorithms such as contact test, IDD test, functional test
- Can verbally describe basics of DC measurement such as VSIM and ISVM measurement modes
- Can verbally describe basics of functional testing, such as pattern data, timing sets, input and output levels.
- Familiarity with Windows environment and Visual Studio.
