Prerequisites
  • For people with basic device testing knowledge
  • Can verbally describe standard test algorithms such as contact test, IDD test, functional test
  • Can verbally describe basics of DC measurement such as VSIM and ISVM measurement modes
  • Can verbally describe basics of functional testing, such as pattern data, timing sets, input and output levels.
  • Familiarity with Windows environment and Visual Studio.

  • Understand the file structure and OTPL objects needed for device testing
  • Able to write device test programs using OTPL language and pre-existing test classes
  • Able to use GUI tools and Visual Studio to debug OTPL portion of test programs

Learning Contents

Learn how to code and debug a T2000 test plan using the OTPL language, already-supplied test classes, and the commonly-used T2000 GUI tools.

Notice
This course uses  the offline test system simulator for all labs, not a tester.
Each student uses a PC pre-loaded with the off line environment.
