This course will provide the test engineer with the basic skills and knowledge required to construct basic memory test programs for the Advantest V93000 SOC series.

  • Learn Memory Test Plus (MTP) setup file organization and usage
  • Develop MTP setup files for simple memory device
  • Compile and debug memory patterns
  • Memory test result analysis tools
