Prerequisites
  • Basic and generic test engineering knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of standard test algorithms such as contact test, ICC test, functional test.
  • Basic knowledge basics of DC measurement such as VSIM and ISVM measurement modes.
  • Basic knowledge basics of functional testing, such as pattern data, timing sets, input and output levels.
  • Familiarity with Windows environment, basics of Java programming experience.

To provide a test engineer with the basic skills and knowledge required to construct device test flows for Advantest’s  EVA100 Mini Digital Test Systems using the EVA100 Software GUIs.

・Setup basic digital signal test programs for DM64 modules.

・Pin configuration setup of levels, timing, and patterns.

・Calibration, test flow, test sequences, debbuging tools, and pattern concepts.

・DC and Pattern testing Shmoo tools, data logging, STDF and tools focussing on pattern testing.

・SCAN pattern test, Pattern Editor, Logic Analyzer demo.

・EDA files Conversion and Debug demo.

・Controlling the EVA100 GUI Script-based Batch Command.

・External Java function creation and debugging for added functionality.

・Control of external GPIB instruments through the EVA100 GUI.
