- Fundamental knowledge of memory device testing, and types of tests used by student’s test group.
- Fundamental knowledge of memory device protocols.
- Working knowledge of C/C++.
- Familiarity with Windows environment.

Expected Outcome | - To provide a test engineer/manager with the basic skills and knowledge required to construct device test flows for Advantest’s MPT3000 Test Systems using the MPT3000 GUIs.

- This course uses a single tester, each student has a turn on the tester for labs.
- Student objectives include:
- How to Load a .stil file using MPT3000 GUI
- How to manipulate test flow segments, bins, and direction
- Learn the three different modes Standard, PIDA, and FA advantages and disadvantages.
- How to create a unique test method.
- How to look up a VAST API.
- Debug test flow using MPT3000 GUIs and features.
