Precondition

Basic and generic test engineering knowledge

1) Fundamental knowledge of memory device testing, and types of tests used by student’s test group.
2) Fundamental knowledge of memory device protocols

Familiarity with Windows environment
Outcome

Load a .stil file using MPT3000 GUI.

Manipulate test flow segments, bins, and direction.

Learn the three different modes Standard, PIDA, and FA advantages and disadvantages.

Debug test flow using MPT3000 GUIs and features.

Provide a test engineer/manager with the basic skills and knowledge required to construct basic device test flow for Advantest’s MPT3000 Test Systems using the MPT3000 GUIs.
