Prerequisites
  • For people with basic SoC testing knowledge (e.g. basics of functional testing, know what is a DC and AC test.
  • Basic C++ (or equivalent) programming knowledge.
  • Basic Linux or Unix knowledge.
Target Audience
This V93000 (RDI based) Digital User Training course is for new users to this ATE who want to take advantage of our new set of programming APIs called SmartRDI (Rapid Deveopment Interface). SmartRDI programming still uses our classic APIs (working in the background), while the user programs with this new, simplified, higher level interface. The goal is to make programming much easier for first time users to the V93000. Long time users of the V93000 have also switched to using SmartRDI.
Expected Outcome
This training will teach the student how to use the V93000 ATE (SmartScale system) to test digital performance parameters, specifications using test methods. The primary focus for test method development will be on using our proprietary Rapid Deveopment Interface (RDI) programming interface language.
Note:
This course has laboratory learning using an online V93000 to develop and test a real device. Each student will use a workstation online and offline and learn how to create a device program and operate the GUIs.
Class Duration 5-days, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
