Precondition

  • Having completed the V93000 SmarTest 7 Digital User Training course. Equivalent V93000 experience is acceptable.

  • Some Unix/Linux knowledge would be beneficial.

Outcome

To provide the test engineer with the basic skills and knowledge required to apply SmartRDI (Rapid Development Interface) Test Method APIs to develop DC, AC and Digital tests, using the PS1600 and DPS128 hardware.

This course has laboratory learning with a real test system.
Students will use the V93000 system to do hands-on labs.
PDF training text and Exercises will be provided during the course.

・Using SmartVec APIs to create and edit vectors for Digital testing

・Using SmartRDI APIs to generate DC setups for common PMU and Supply type tests

・Using SmartRDI APIs to generate time measurement tests that use the PS1600 hardware Time Measurement Unit (TMU)

・Using SmartRDI APIs to retrieve failure (error map) information from functional patterns
